Nextaura LLC / Digital services

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

1. How services are ordered

Nextaura LLC provides quoted services to individuals and businesses internationally. The website accepts inquiries, not instant purchases. Each paid engagement is governed by its final written project agreement and applicable law.

Sending an inquiry alone does not create a payment obligation or a recurring service.

2. Before you accept a proposal

You may decide not to proceed with an inquiry or unaccepted proposal. A proposed scope does not authorize paid work by itself.

Before you accept a paid engagement, the proposal or accompanying agreement will explain its cancellation arrangements and any applicable consumer withdrawal information.

3. Consumer cancellation rights

If you contract as a consumer, mandatory rights may apply even when a service is customized or the agreement is concluded by email. A project agreement cannot remove rights that the applicable law protects.

For service contracts covered by EU or UK distance-contract withdrawal rules, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days after the contract is concluded, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Missing required information can affect that period. This is not a universal cancellation period for every customer or country.

Submitting an inquiry, accepting a general website notice, or requesting a quote does not waive a withdrawal right. If a qualifying consumer asks for work to start during a statutory withdrawal period, the required information, express request, and any legally necessary acknowledgement must be dealt with separately before that work begins.

Beginning work does not automatically remove the right to cancel. Any lawful charge for an early-start service must satisfy the applicable disclosure and proportionality rules. Loss of a right after full performance requires all applicable conditions to be met. Digital-content rules are different; delivering code or assets is not, by itself, a blanket waiver.

4. Project cancellations and unused payments

Before work begins, a cancellation will result in a refund of payments made for unused services, less only a third-party cost that you separately approved, that was already committed and cannot reasonably be recovered, and that may lawfully be charged to you.

After work begins, any amount retained for work actually performed must be a fair, disclosed proportion of the agreed service price, using the rates or calculation explained before you accepted the project. Separately approved, already committed third-party costs may be included only where lawfully chargeable and not already counted in the work charge. The unused balance of payments will be refunded.

We will explain the work calculation and any permitted costs. There is no automatic forfeiture of the whole payment, blanket non-refundable deposit, or additional cancellation penalty under this policy.

These commercial arrangements do not reduce a more favorable statutory right, permit deductions that the law prohibits, or replace remedies for work that was not supplied as agreed. Any different project-specific commercial arrangement must be clearly disclosed and agreed, and must still respect mandatory law.

5. How to contact us

Email info@nextaura.dev with your name, the project or proposal reference, and a clear statement that you want to cancel or request a refund. A reason is not required when exercising a right that permits cancellation without one.

Company address: Nextaura LLC, 212 N 2nd St Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475-1408, United States.

Keep a copy of your notice. These contact details do not restrict another valid cancellation method under your agreement or applicable law. You do not need to send passwords, card details, or confidential records.

6. Refunds and remedies

Refund entitlement and amount depend on the relevant law, the project terms, payments made, and the circumstances. We will explain the basis of any calculation and any proposed lawful deduction.

A refund that is legally due will be handled within the applicable statutory deadline and by the method required by law, or a lawful alternative you agree to. A project-specific refund process cannot extend a mandatory deadline.

Cancellation rights do not replace separate rights concerning a service that was not supplied as agreed. Nothing in this policy restricts remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
