Nextaura LLC / Digital services
Website Terms & Service Information
Effective date: October 20, 2026
1. Who we are
Nextaura LLC is a Kentucky limited liability company.
Company address: 212 N 2nd St Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475-1408, United States.
Official correspondence: info@nextaura.dev. Project inquiries: contact@nextaura.dev.
2. Individuals and businesses worldwide
We welcome inquiries from individuals and businesses internationally. Whether a particular engagement can proceed depends on its requirements and applicable legal, technical, and service constraints. This website does not promise that every service is available for every request or in every jurisdiction.
Consumer status and mandatory protections are determined by applicable law, not simply by the presence or absence of a company name in an inquiry.
3. Inquiries are not orders
nextaura.dev describes our services and accepts inquiries. It does not offer an instant checkout. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, authorize paid work, create a subscription, or waive a consumer right.
Services are quoted through written proposals. A project proceeds under the final written agreement accepted for that engagement. Agreement by email or another remote method can still be subject to distance-contract rules.
4. What the project agreement covers
The written agreement identifies the scope, deliverables, fees, currency, applicable taxes or charges, payment arrangements, estimates, responsibilities, and acceptance process. It also addresses revisions, ownership and licensing, third-party costs, handover, and cancellation where relevant.
Hosting, subscriptions, maintenance, and support response arrangements are included only when agreed. General website descriptions do not guarantee a delivery date, fixed price, or business outcome.
Before a consumer commits, the relevant offer must include the information and cancellation arrangements required for that transaction. Mandatory rights take priority over conflicting project terms.
5. Website use and information you send
Provide accurate contact information and share only material you are authorized to provide. Do not submit credentials, sensitive records, unlawful content, or spam. Do not interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
Website materials and branding may be protected by intellectual-property law. Visiting the site does not grant permission to reuse protected material beyond what the law or the rights holder allows.
Information supplied through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation, concerns, and changes
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to contact us. The agreed terms and mandatory law determine the rights and obligations for a paid project.
If you have a concern about a service or this website, email info@nextaura.dev. You retain any legal remedies that cannot be excluded.
Updating this page does not by itself change an existing project agreement. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
